The Women in Music Mentor Program led by the Australian Independent Record Labels Association is an incredible four year initiative aimed at empowering women in the Australian music industry. The program focuses on professional development and broadening skill sets within the music industry by pairing mentors with mentees based on the goals they wish to achieve. The program is open to all female, female-identifying and non-binary participants working in, or aspiring to work in, the Australian music industry.
